Meditation & the Art of War

This is a  meditation class taught by Guru Jagat Singh who has been practicing meditation and living a yogic lifestyle as taught by Yogi Bhajan for the last 40 years.

The Art of War was written 2500 years ago by Sun Tzu to help understand and successfully manage conflict. He proposed a compassionate but still effective way to deal with conflict. He took the perspective that everything was part of one system.  It can easily be applied in personal as well as organisational situations.

We will practice meditations to deepen our capacity to contemplate. Each meditation will allow us to absorb and integrate the concepts so that with practice they may become second nature.
